About the Position
Join a South Australian family-owned business as their Administration Officer, supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of administration and customer service. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
Located in the local council area of Tea Tree Gully, you’ll avoid the hassle of city traffic. The company offers onsite parking and a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter daily sales dockets
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
Process invoices and reconcile purchases
Perform general administrative tasks
Review and assess credit applications
Skills:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong, accurate data entry, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
Key requirements include:
Positive attitude and adaptability
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Intermediate ability in Excel and MYOB
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
