PrioriAnalytica is excited to appoint an Executive Assistant to the CEO in this newly created role. Within this key role, you’ll provide high-level support and day-to-day administration, managing travel logistics, streamlining processes, and anticipating needs before they arise. You’ll step up in the CEO’s absence, ensuring everything administrative runs seamlessly whilst he participates in national and international events.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements (domestic and international)

  • Prepare and refine reports, presentations, board papers, and correspondence

  • Coordinate agendas, papers, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, Executive Leadership Team members, Board members, clients, and external partners

  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling confidential information with discretion

  • Support strategic initiatives and processes to improve efficiency across the organisation

  • Plan and manage logistics for meetings, events, and business functions

Skills

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring proven experience supporting C-suite executives in a dynamic corporate environment, along with the ability to build strong, trusted relationships with the CEO and leadership team. You’ll have a natural talent for anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and handling challenges with confidence and discretion. Your exceptional attention to detail, proactive approach, and outstanding organisational skills will enable you to deliver seamless support in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence liaising across all levels of the organisation.

  • Strong organisational abilities in calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
