About the Position
Seeking a highly organised and discreet Bookkeeper to support a high-net-worth individual in both professional and personal dealings. This 3-day-per-work role (Monday to Wednesday) is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a high-trust environment.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:
Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB
Banking
Invoicing and process payments
Reconcile accounts
Preparation of financial statements and reports
Report and track on share market and investment portfolios
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements
Diary and calendar management for business and personal commitments
Liaise with financial advisors, brokers, accountants, and other professional service providers
Manage ad hoc personal tasks and confidential matters
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in all aspects of Bookkeeping
Proficiency in MYOB and strong general financial literacy
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
