About the Position

Seeking a highly organised and discreet Bookkeeper to support a high-net-worth individual in both professional and personal dealings. This 3-day-per-work role (Monday to Wednesday) is a unique opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a high-trust environment.


Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Financial Administration:

  • Maintain accurate financial records using MYOB

  • Banking

  • Invoicing and process payments

  • Reconcile accounts

  • Preparation of financial statements and reports

  • Report and track on share market and investment portfolios

  • Manage and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Diary and calendar management for business and personal commitments

  • Liaise with financial advisors, brokers, accountants, and other professional service providers

  • Manage ad hoc personal tasks and confidential matters


Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in all aspects of Bookkeeping

  • Proficiency in MYOB and strong general financial literacy

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
