SpaceCraft Joinery is an award-winning South Australian business creating bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors from their purpose-built workshop in Strathalbyn. Known for exceptional craftsmanship and deeply personal design, every project is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s vision and lifestyle.

Over recent years, the business has continued to evolve, with expanded facilities, new machinery, increasingly sophisticated projects, a growing team, and recognition at both state and national industry levels. As SpaceCraft Joinery continues to refine what a modern custom joinery business can be, they are now seeking a full-time experienced Estimator to join the team.

This opportunity has become available following the internal transition of a valued team member, presenting an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious business, continually evolving, and committed.

About the Role

Working closely with Designers, Technical Detailers, and the Production team, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate estimates

• Reviewing projects for constructability and technical accuracy

• Identifying potential issues before projects reach manufacture.

• Continued technical development of the design team through collaboration, documentation standards, and shared problem-solving.

Skills and Experience

This is not a standard “measure plans and send a quote” estimating role; rather, it is an opportunity for an individual with genuine technical joinery knowledge and a solid understanding of how projects are manufactured, installed, sequenced, and resolved.

You will ideally have a background in cabinetmaking, joinery, technical detailing, or production coordination and be looking to transition into an office-based position.
