About the Position
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join us on a part-time, 3-month contract, starting late March / early April. In this role, you’ll work closely with a single Director, providing crucial support to tackle a backlog of work.
The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week and offers the flexibility to work from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact while enjoying a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Director
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas or documents
Monitor and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Prepare proposals, reports, documents, and presentations
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain confidential records and files
Assist with general office administration
Skills
This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as an Executive Assistant who has worked closely with a single Director. You will have excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Have a suitable home office setup
