As the team continues to grow, ennio International is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the business. This role offers the perfect blend of human resources and workplace health and safety responsibilities, providing an exciting opportunity to make a real and practical impact on the business.


Reporting to the General Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations

  • Advise and guide management and staff on HR & WHS matters, ensuring compliance and best practice

  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

  • Oversee WHS compliance, identify risks, and implement solutions

  • Return-to-Work Coordinator, managing injury and return to work plans

  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, culture, and well-being


Skills and Experience:


To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in an HR Manager role, along with a practical approach and ability to problem-solve and make timely decisions.


  • Knowledge of WHS legislation and hands-on experience managing WHS.

  • HR qualifications (Cert IV, Diploma, or relevant degree).

  • Return to Work Coordinator certified.

  • Background in manufacturing and/or family business (preferred)

  • Experience with return to work and injury management processes.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.

  • Ability to work strategically while also handling day-to-day HR/WHS tasks
