Based in Adelaide’s western suburbs, this vibrant, client-focused conveyancing office is known for its modern approach, responsive service, and commitment to making property transactions smooth and stress-free. With over 35 years of experience, the team works closely with clients and all parties involved to ensure an efficient and straightforward process


An opportunity exists for a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact and deliver comprehensive administrative support in a professional and client-focused environment.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of office administration, including reception duties, handling mail and couriers, greeting clients, and filing

  • Monitor and respond to incoming emails across general inboxes

  • Perform banking tasks and related financial errands

  • Open and set up new client files

  • Order and manage property searches in a timely and accurate manner

  • Communicate effectively with real estate agents, brokers, clients, and other professionals to support business operations

  • Confirm client registrations and maintain up-to-date register spreadsheets

  • Provide general administrative support to professional staff as required

  • Ensure kitchen and common areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked


Skills and Experience


Ideally, you will have experience in a similar administrative or office support role, with strong organisational and time-management skills. You will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems is essential

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Valid Police check (or willing to obtain)
