Based in Adelaide’s western suburbs, this vibrant, client-focused conveyancing office is known for its modern approach, responsive service, and commitment to making property transactions smooth and stress-free. With over 35 years of experience, the team works closely with clients and all parties involved to ensure an efficient and straightforward process
An opportunity exists for a skilled and proactive Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact and deliver comprehensive administrative support in a professional and client-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of office administration, including reception duties, handling mail and couriers, greeting clients, and filing
Monitor and respond to incoming emails across general inboxes
Perform banking tasks and related financial errands
Open and set up new client files
Order and manage property searches in a timely and accurate manner
Communicate effectively with real estate agents, brokers, clients, and other professionals to support business operations
Confirm client registrations and maintain up-to-date register spreadsheets
Provide general administrative support to professional staff as required
Ensure kitchen and common areas are clean, organised, and well-stocked
Skills and Experience
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar administrative or office support role, with strong organisational and time-management skills. You will be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems is essential
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Police check (or willing to obtain)
