Production and Warehouse

We are recruiting for multiple roles within an established, family-owned food manufacturing business based in the Adelaide Hills, with a strong reputation for producing high-quality products enjoyed across Australia and internationally. About the Roles

We are recruiting for the following roles:

• Production Team Member 5:00 am - 1:00 pm & 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm

• Warehouse Pick packer / Forklift Operator 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

These roles are full-time, Monday to Friday, hands-on and team-focused. They offer consistent work in a structured, supportive production environment with a strong focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Production Team Member:

• Preparation and measuring of ingredients for cooking

• Set up, operation, and cleaning of steam kettles to cook product for the production line

• Cleaning and sanitising the cooking and preparation areas

• Follow all QA, SQF, and HACCP procedures as required by our quality and food safety systems

• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and work instructions

• Undertake other duties within the level of competence as requested

Warehouse Role:

• Support production with timely stock supply

• Assist with dispatch and receivables

• Maintain stock control and accurate records

• Ensure safe handling and storage practices

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move stock, including trucks

• Forklift licence (required)

Skills

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production (desired)

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of workplace safety practices

• Willingness to learn and complete training
