About the Roles

Multiple opportunities within its production team, including:

• Machine Operator

• Preparation Team Member

These positions are hands-on, fast-paced, and require strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and clean production machinery and equipment

• Prepare, measure, and process ingredients for cooking

• Ensure quality, food safety, and hygiene standards are maintained

• Record accurate production data and complete required documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workplace

• Assist with changeovers, basic equipment adjustments, and troubleshooting

  
  

Skills

• Previous experience in a food or manufacturing environment (Desired)

• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to learn and complete training modules

• Awareness of safety, HACCP, and food handling standards
