Warehouse Coordinator

Join the team at Hatwell Traders as a Warehouse Coordinator, working from their efficient Beverley facility in a varied, hands-on role combining warehouse operations and customer service. You will work closely with customers, sales representatives and suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

• Pick, pack, dispatch and receive customer orders

• Maintain stock levels and assist with stock ordering

• Prepare sales invoices and process customer orders

• Coordinate deliveries with customers and drivers

• Load and unload trucks safely

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure customers receive the right products and solutions

Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in their work and is keen to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. Ideally, you will bring

• Experience in customer service, warehousing or a similar role

• Knowledge of the automotive or crash repair industry (highly regarded)

• Good administration and computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• A forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
